RUNNING WILD.

Running Wild is an outdoor exercise session that combines trail running with strength and conditioning (i.e. boot camp) exercises.  It is ideal for anyone who enjoys exercising outdoors whether you are looking to cross train or fed up with the gym and want to do something a bit different. It is also perfect if you are planning an adventure race – our combination of high intensity cardiovascular fitness with whole body strength training will get you ready in no time.

 

Running Wild takes place in Henley on Thames on Friday lunchtimes from 12.30 to 1.30pm. See map for meeting point.

 

I also offer gait analysis and can help you learn to run.
